After a thorough evaluation, the decision has been made to close the media business and Fairfield, OH site to respond to continued changes in customer demand. This will allow PSS to focus on and grow its core offerings and invest in new technologies to drive growth into next-generation solutions. This transition enables the business to better help customers tackle their toughest problems related to the cost and availability of labor and productivity-enabled growth. Full closure of the business will occur by Q2 2024.

What does this mean for you?

  • If you have an existing order, we are working to fulfill it.
  • For future orders, if Honeywell cannot guarantee a production date before December 15, 2023, such order(s) may not be accepted. Orders may be subject to a last-time buy fee of 10%.
  • The last day to place an order for products will be November 17, 2023, but we are encouraging customers to place their orders as soon as possible to increase the chance of fulfillment.
